Jetty Rock Capital is led Bryan Binder, a seasoned investment banker with the mission of bringing investment banking expertise to smaller, niche privately held businesses, often founder owner. Bryan Binder is a finance professional with a successful career spanning over a decade. He is known for his expertise in investment banking, private equity, and extensive domain knowledge within the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chain sector. He has worked for top firms such as Oppenheimer & Co., Lone Star Funds, and Imperial Capital, where he covered the Diversified Industrials Sector. Mr. Binder has a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions and is known for his ability to develop a strategic approach that helps his clients stand out in a crowded marketplace. He has a wealth of experience, industry knowledge, and contacts that prove invaluable to his clients.

 

Prior to founding Jetty Rock Capital, Mr. Binder worked at Imperial Capital, a middle market investment bank, where he spent over six years providing investment banking advisory services to entrepreneurs, family-owned, and private equity-backed companies. Mr. Binder covered the Diversified Industrials Sector with a focus on advanced manufacturing and supply chain, utilizing his expertise to provide valuable insights to clients. Throughout his time as an investment banker, Bryan carefully cultivated a track record of client satisfaction, critical diligence, and highly technical transaction success. Throughout his career, Mr. Binder has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional results and build lasting relationships with clients. He is highly respected in the industry for his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

 

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton, Mr. Binder began his career on Wall Street at Oppenheimer & Co. as an Analyst in the investment banking division spending several years of mentorship by some of the top individuals in the leveraged finance industry. Mr. Binder went on to join Lone Star Funds, one of the top global private equity firms, as a Senior Analyst. At Lone Star Funds, he gained extensive experience in the private equity industry, investing in businesses in the U.S., Canada, and internationally. Bryan’s private equity background from his time at Lone Star Funds, his success in growing businesses, and passion for differentiated industrial technologies gives him a unique mix of finance and Industrial Tech synergies.

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Binder loves spending time with his family, traveling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. He has been surfing since he was 12 years old and always enjoys finding a "hard to reach" surf desitination.
